Leadership and Oversight

A previous senior officer of the the nation's space operations center will deliver recommendations next month on how the publicly-supported center can most effectively assist the scale of government AI ambitions in defense, national security and information gathering.

Operational Restructuring

The center's head, a ex-Amazon UK executive, confirmed that 78 different research projects at the organization with 440 employees have been terminated, transferred out or finished because they fail to match with the new direction.
